Thank you for your interest in learning more about MIMU's products and services. Orientation sessions are held once a month, virtually via Zoom, and are open to everyone.
 
The sessions are especially useful for staff who are new to Myanmar or new to their organisation, and for information management, M&E, programme and coordination staff who work with data and maps. Researchers, students and anyone else who wants to understand the information landscape in Myanmar are also welcome.
 
During the session, you can look forward to:

• An introduction to MIMU's role and the services we provide to the humanitarian, development and peace community
• A walkthrough of key MIMU products such as maps, HDP Nexus 5W, Place Codes, and other datasets
• Guidance on finding and using resources on the MIMU website
• Information on how to join MIMU networks and mailing lists, and how to request support
• A chance to ask questions directly to the MIMU team
