Study Design - A cross-sectional descriptive study Study Period – From `August 2020 to August 2021 Place of Study – 17 areas of States and Divisions which include Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Sagaing, Tanintharyi, Bago, Magway, Mandalay, Mon, Rakhine, Yangon, Shan(S), Shan(N), Shan(E), Ayeyarwaddy, Nay Pyi Taw Study Population - All people living in selected clusters Inclusion Criteria All people living in each cluster of 10 households among total 268 clusters for the whole country from village tracts for rural areas and wards in urban areas under the Governance and Administration Department selected from each selected States and Divisions Data collection was done from June to August 2021 among 8,209 participants Exclusion Criteria Any people who do not want to take part in the study
