ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍ (Education Sector)
ပညာရေးသည် ကလေးများအား ၎င်းတို့၏ အလားအလာများကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးရန် ကူညီပေးပြီး လူမှုစီးပွားဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု၏ ကဏ္ဍအားလုံးအတွက် အရေးကြီးပါသည်။ သို့သော်လည်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ဆင်းရဲမွဲတေမှု၊ ပထဝီဝင်အနေအထားအရ ဝေးကွာမှု၊ မသန်မစွမ်းမှု၊ ဘာသာစကား၊ ပဋိပက္ခနှင့် အခြားအတားအဆီးများကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ကလေးတစ်သန်းကျော် ကျောင်းမတက်နိုင်သေးကြောင်း ခန့်မှန်းထားသည်။
ဘက်စုံပညာရေးကဏ္ဍပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ခြင်း (CESR) သည် မူဝါဒနှင့်စီမံကိန်းအသစ်ကို အသိပေးထားပြီး၊ အမျိုးသားပညာရေးကဏ္ဍစီမံကိန်း (NESP) သည် ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်၏ မဟာဗျူဟာလမ်းညွှန်ချက်များကို သတ်မှတ်ရန်နှင့် ၎င်း၏အကောင်အထည်ဖော်မှုကို လမ်းညွှန်ရန်အတွက် ရေးဆွဲခဲ့သည်။
ပညာရေးညှိနှိုင်းရေးကို အဓိကအားဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်သည်-
UNICEF နှင့် သြစတြေးလျတို့မှ ပူးတွဲသဘာပတိအဖြစ် ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍတွင် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးမိတ်ဖက်များ၏ မူဝါဒဆိုင်ရာ ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှုနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ အဆင့်မြင့်ယန္တရားဖြစ်သည့် oint Education Sector Working Group (JESWG) အဖြစ်ဆောင်ရွက်သည်။
Education Thematic Working Group (ETWG) သည် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များအတွက် ဆွေးနွေးမှုများအတွက် နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝှမ်းလုံးရှိ ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ သက်ဆိုင်သူများ စုစည်း၍ ဘက်မလိုက်သော နေရာတစ်ခုအဖြစ် စုစည်းထားသည်။ UNICEF နှင့် Save the Children တို့မှ ဥက္ကဌအဖြစ် ETWG သည် ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍအတွက် လူသားချင်း စာနာ ထောက်ထားမှု ဆိုင်ရာ တုံ့ပြန်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကိုလည်း ကြီးကြပ်ပါသည်။ ETWG ကို ဩစတေးလျ၊ ဒိန်းမတ်၊ ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂ၊ နော်ဝေနှင့် ဗြိတိန်တို့ ပါဝင်သော Multi Donor Education Fund (MDEF) မှ ရန်ပုံငွေ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးထားပြီး Myanmar Quality Basic Education Program (QBEP) မှ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီထားသည်။
၎င်းတွင် အကြောင်းအရာအလိုက် လုပ်ငန်းခွဲအဖွဲ့များစွာရှိပြီး MIMU ညှိနှိုင်းရေးစာမျက်နှာတွင် တွေ့ရှိနိုင်သည့် ဆက်သွယ်ရန်အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကိုမှ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီထားပါသည်။

- ပညာရေးနှင့် မသန်စွမ်းသူများ (Co-Chairs: Myanmar Education Consortium, VSO)
- အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေများတွင် ပညာရေး (ပူးတွဲဥက္ကဌများ- UNICEF၊ Save the Children)
- ဆရာ ပညာရေး (တွဲဖက်ဥက္ကဌ- ယူနီဆက်၊ ဗြိတိသျှကောင်စီ)၊
- ပညာရေးနှင့် ဘာသာစကား (တွဲဖက်ဥက္ကဌများ- UNICEF၊ Pyoe Pin)
- ကျောင်းပြင်ပပညာရေး (တွဲဖက်ဥက္ကဌများ- ကမ္ဘာ့ပညာရေး၊ World Vision)
- ကျောင်းဆောက်လုပ်ရေး (တွဲဖက်ဥက္ကဌများ- Swiss Development Cooperation, World Vision)
- ဘုန်းတော်ကြီးသင်ပညာရေးကျောင်းအဖွဲ့အသစ်ကို 2015 ခုနှစ်အစောပိုင်းတွင်ပြုလုပ်ရန်စီစဉ်ထားသည်။
